冬天室内太干燥了，没办法，下定决心要提高湿度。百度各种视频、图文，总结下来的。湿度达到40到60%，最舒服。

我就挨个试了试。

 

1.恒湿加湿器

根据抖音“老爸测评”，排名前三的是：戴森、智米、小熊

小熊买了一个，但是不久就坏了，所以，狠狠心，买了戴森加湿器，是恒湿的哟。

加湿器是最快改变空气干燥的设备。

 

2.厥类植物、滴水观音

最好选择天气暖和的时候买，因为天气冷的话，植物会被冻坏的。

 

3.毛巾配盆

这个效果不是很好。

4.鱼缸、盆景

因为有水的循环，感觉顶点事。

如果你嫌弃贵的话，可以自制一个，使用抽水泵即可，成本低。

5.暖气片上放水瓶

需要把水平简单处理一下，将水平灌满水，放平，在上面扎几个小眼，放在暖气片上。

6.暖气片加湿器

比较贵，效果没有验证。

7、开窗通风

天气太干的话，就应该通风，在外面空气不是重度污染的情况下。

8、喷壶洒水

这个太顶事了，建议每天用一壶，只要地面干燥就喷，尤其是睡觉之前喷特别管用。

9、拖地

睡觉前拖地，可以很好的让空气湿度增大。

 

 

上述加湿效果中，属加湿器和直接喷水湿度上升的比较快，但是都达不到他们标榜的60%，能到40%就不错了。但是，确实改善了不少，以前经常流鼻血，嗓子有痰，现在一觉睡醒好清爽。
